MIG, TIG, & SPOT WELDING
We have extensive experience in choosing the right weld for the right job. Our services include MIG, TIG, & spot welding.
- Metal inert gas (MIG) and metal active gas (MAG) is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable MIG wire electrode and the workpiece metal(s), which heats the workpiece metal(s), causing them to fuse (melt and join). Along with the wire electrode, a shielding gas feeds through the welding gun, which shields the process from atmospheric contamination.
- TIG, or (Tungsten Inert Gas welding) is a welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to create an arc and melt metals, protected by an inert gas shield.
- Spot welding (resistance spot welding) is a type of electric resistance welding used to weld various sheet metal products, through a process in which contacting metal surface points are joined by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current.
SHEERING & CUTTING
Capable of cutting all types of metal in all different shapes and sizes. Here are some of the parameters we can work with.
Sheering: from 10' long sheets up to 3/16" thick
Plasma Cutting: programmable table: 5' x 10' up to 1" thick
Tubular Design Cutting: capable of cutting tubular designs up to 3" thick
BENDING AND PUNCHING
We specialize in bending all types of metal. Here are the available sizes:
Tubular Bending: square, round up to 3" SCH 40
Sheetmetal Bending: Up to 10' wide
Automated Punching: 30 Ton 8' x 40" sheets up to 1/4" thick
SHEERING & CUTTING
With 4 independant stations for drilling, taping, counter sinking and cutting we have the ability turn projects around quickly and efficiently.
Automated Punching: 30 Ton 8' x 40" sheets up to 1/4" thick AMADA PEGA-344 Automated punching system featuring a 30-ton punch press with a turret able to use more than 50 different tools
Pemserting: 18" Throat depth
Time Saving: 36" Wet
Drilling, counter sinking, tapping, and cutting
